IPv4-less Internet client setup (Bump in the API- BAI) Allows execution of IPv4 applications on IPv6 only boxes

Linux Usage e.g.: LD_PRELOAD=./shimlib.so wget --proxy=off www.ipv6.bieringer.de ; Note: currently only working with glibc-2.2

Most of the case also need NAT-PT.
